These terms describe use of Q-Cards™ Companion by quaStrat, a brand of QUASTRAT PRIVATE LIMITED, Bengaluru. Read them together with our Privacy notice.
1. Reflective support, not a decision maker
The Companion helps you explore a decision using the Q-Cards™ method, your reflections and AI-generated possibilities. It does not predict outcomes, choose for you, or establish that an option is safe or suitable. References to quantum ideas are part of the reflective method, not evidence that the cards perform quantum computation or predict events.
You remain responsible for your decisions and actions. This service is not a substitute for qualified medical, legal, financial or other professional advice, and is not an emergency service.
2. Your account and guest access
Keep your sign-in details secure and use only accounts you are authorised to access. Do not impersonate another person or attempt to change another user's access rights.
Guest access is temporary and linked to the browser holding your guest link. Treat that link as confidential: someone who obtains it may access your guest work. Guest links expire after 24 hours. Saving guest work to an account requires an explicit import into a new decision context.
3. Content you provide
You retain your rights in the text and files you provide. Provide only material you have permission to use and process for this purpose. Do not upload passwords, access keys, or personal or confidential information you are not authorised to share with the service and its processing providers.
The service processes your submitted material to store your decision work, parse files, generate requested AI responses and provide exports. The Privacy notice explains these activities and the available deletion controls.
4. AI output and your final record
OpenAI models provide the AI assistance through Lovable's AI service. Responses may be incomplete, inaccurate or unsuitable, even when they cite a supplied file. Check the original evidence, distinguish assumptions from facts and review suggested next steps before acting.
You can edit a Decision Record and decide whether to accept it as final. An AI response or saved draft is not your acceptance, a professional opinion, or a guarantee of a business result.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use the service unlawfully, submit malicious files, access other people's decision work, bypass access controls or usage limits, interfere with the service, or try to extract private data or credentials. Do not represent AI-generated possibilities as verified facts or as professional advice from quaStrat.
6. The Q-Cards™ method and materials
Q-Cards™ and quaStrat™ are trademarks of QUASTRAT PRIVATE LIMITED, Bengaluru. Card text, branding and other quaStrat materials remain subject to their applicable intellectual-property rights. Access to the Companion does not transfer ownership of the deck, brand or method.
You may save and export your own decision work through the service's controls. These terms do not grant a licence to reproduce or sell the card catalog or imply endorsement by quaStrat.
7. Availability, limits and deletion
Access and AI responses depend on service availability and applicable usage limits. Guest sessions currently allow up to 20 AI requests. Temporary interruptions, provider restrictions or exhausted AI credits may prevent a response; no business outcome or uninterrupted availability is promised.
Keep your own copies of work you need. Context and account deletion, and guest erasure, remove work from the active service and cannot be undone through the Companion. Copies you exported, and data retained separately by processing providers or in backups, are addressed in the Privacy notice.
8. Your rights and changes
Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude rights or protections that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Review the dated version of these terms when returning to the service; this page records the terms presented here, not an agreement to undisclosed future changes.
